Protecting What Matters. Planning What’s Next.

Significant wealth brings both opportunity and complexity, requiring thoughtful coordination across legal, financial, and personal priorities. Whether you are building, preserving, or transitioning wealth, the right legal partner helps ensure your strategy is aligned, your risks are managed, and your legacy is protected.

Carrington Coleman advises individuals, families, and family offices — as well as the advisors who support them — with disciplined, business-focused counsel. We understand that wealth is often tied to operating businesses, investments, and multi-generational planning. Our role is to bring clarity across those moving parts, translating complexity into practical, actionable guidance so you can make confident decisions.

We serve as a trusted, long-term partner — often functioning as outsourced general counsel for families and family offices. From structuring and governance to dispute resolution and succession, we take a holistic view of your legal needs, helping protect what you’ve built while positioning you for what’s next.

With experience spanning transactional, advisory, and litigation matters, we deliver integrated counsel across the full lifecycle of wealth. Whether coordinating with your existing advisors or stepping in to lead, we remain responsive, discreet, and focused on achieving outcomes that carry real significance for you and your family.
