Attorneys
Join Our Team
Our attorneys are trusted with meaningful work and supported in their continued growth, contribution, and leadership. That work is grounded in what defines our firm: clear, practical guidance; disciplined execution; and a deep understanding of how legal strategy aligns with business objectives.
We believe stronger perspectives lead to better thinking. We foster a collaborative environment where diverse viewpoints are valued, and where attorneys are encouraged to contribute their ideas, experiences, and insights.
We take a deliberate approach to attorney development. Through our associate program, Carrington Academy, attorneys participate in ongoing, structured training that extends beyond legal skills to include business development, communication, and the practical realities of client service. From mastering the fundamentals to leveraging emerging tools like artificial intelligence, our goal is to equip attorneys with the skills required to succeed in today’s legal and business environment.
Our attorneys are supported by a firm-wide investment in technology and innovation, ensuring they have access to the tools and resources needed to work efficiently, think strategically, and deliver results.
Here, you will be challenged, supported, and trusted — working alongside experienced practitioners who are committed to excellence and focused on delivering clear, actionable guidance to clients.
