Payment Terms & Processing
To provide flexible and convenient payment options, the following terms apply:
- A 3% surcharge is applied to credit card payments
- A 1% surcharge is applied to eCheck payments
Exceptions (no surcharge applies)
- Debit card payments
- Automatic payments set up through a payment plan with predefined amounts
- Third-party payment systems that provide a credit card number with pre-authorization for a specific amount
- Trust / retainer payments
Processing Times
- Credit card payments are typically processed within two business days
- eCheck payments may take up to five business days to be received
Transaction Limit
- Payments are capped at $25,000 per transaction
