Lance Currie Named 2027 “Lawyer of the Year” in Litigation–Construction

Carrington Coleman (CCSB) partner Lance Currie has been named the 2027 “Lawyer of the Year” for Litigation–Construction in the Dallas/Fort Worth region by The Best Lawyers in America®.

Based on peer review, the annual recognition honors attorneys respected for their professional achievement. Currie is the only attorney in the Dallas/Fort Worth region to receive the 2027 award in the Litigation–Construction practice area.

A board-certified construction lawyer in Texas, Currie represents developers, owners, and contractors in complex disputes. His work includes construction and real estate litigation, as well as resolving matters through arbitration and trial. He is known for pairing strong litigation skills with creative, practical problem-solving.

Currie’s practice also includes securities and commercial litigation, with experience in industries including oil and gas, healthcare, transportation, and telecommunications.

Beyond his legal work, Currie contributes to the Dallas community through leadership roles with the Dallas ISD school board and the Dallas Regional Chamber. He is also a graduate of Leadership Dallas.
