Ryan E. Vayner

Associate

My desire for each client is to help create an estate plan that addresses their individual goals, needs, and concerns. I enjoy the challenge of customizing estate plans and making the complexities of those plans understandable for clients.

As a trusts and estates attorney, Ryan works closely with clients to understand their individual needs, goals, and family dynamics. She understands that although planning for the future can be difficult, it can also be an act of love for those left behind.

Ryan advises high-net-worth individuals and families on estate planning and transfer tax issues with a focus on strategies designed to help minimize estate and gift tax consequences. Her practice includes estate planning, trust administration, probate and estate administration, as well as probate and estate-related litigation. She brings a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to drafting estate planning documents and helping clients make informed decisions.

Following the death of a loved one, Ryan assists individuals and families with probate proceedings in courts throughout North Texas and with estate administration. She appreciates the emotional and legal complexity involved with these processes responsibilities and guides clients with compassion and patience.

Outside of Work

Ryan enjoys playing board games, cooking, and spending time with her pets and husband.
