Laura’s practice is focused on complex family law matters, including high net worth divorces, contested suits affecting parent-child relationships, property agreements, and post-trial matters such enforcements and modifications. She is Board Certified in Family Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and has been recognized as a Texas Rising Star, Best Lawyers “Ones to Watch” in America, and was featured in D Magazine’s 2026 Best Lawyers in Dallas. Over the last decade, Laura’s articles focused on niche family law matters, ranging from unique property issues to cohabitation agreements, have been published in the Dallas Bar Association Headnotes as well as the State Bar of Texas Family Law Section Report. Laura is a member of the Dallas Bar Association Family Law Section, and is active in Attorney’s Serving the Community, First United Methodist Church of Richardson, and several other community organizations. She earned her J.D. from Southern Methodist University in 2014 and her B.S. from the University of Texas at Austin in 2011.
