Debrán O’Neil is with Carrington Coleman’s litigation practice group. Debrán often represents healthcare facilities in medical negligence and commercial litigation cases. With family members in the healthcare profession, Debrán has a deep respect for the service nurses and other healthcare professionals provide. She appreciates the opportunity to honor their service with her own hard work. She also advises healthcare facilities and healthcare providers on issues related to peer review, physician credentialing, Stark, Anti-kickback, HIPAA, HITECH Act, and the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act.

Debrán represents clients in other industries as well, with a focus on products liability, personal injury defense, and commercial litigation. Debrán has experience in fraud and fiduciary duty litigation, construction litigation, breach of contract actions, and insurance and real estate disputes.  Her work includes all aspects of trial—from taking depositions of fact and expert witnesses, drafting and arguing motions, handling discovery, and coordinating with various local and national parties to preparing for and taking cases through trial or arbitration.
