Sven Stricker

When you get down to it, legal problems are human problems. One of the most important things I do is listen to and learn from our clients. This approach allows me to navigate a client through any legal dispute efficiently, with a keen eye to the effect on the client’s business.

Litigator Sven Stricker advocates for clients in state and federal courts, primarily serving Texas-based individuals and organizations. He handles a wide variety of commercial litigation and other matters through trial, arbitration, and the appellate process, including construction and real estate litigation, employment litigation, broker-dealer disputes, insurance coverage, and patent litigation.

Sven finds it satisfying to help clients across various industries. He places a premium on being mentally flexible, creative, and a quick study. With an educational background in data, statistics, and economics, Sven uses his “hyper analytical” mind to make quick yet thorough assessments in pressure-filled environments.

Because clear and frequent communication serves as an essential component of legal success, Sven checks in frequently with clients at every stage to ensure cases stay on track and move forward successfully.

Prior to joining the firm, Sven gained valuable first-hand insight into the litigation process when he interned for Chief Judge Barbara Lynn at the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas in Dallas, Texas.
