Carrington Coleman Partner and General Counsel Kelli Hinson will speak at the 2025 ALAS Annual General Meeting at The Greenbrier in West Virginia on June 12.

Her session, “Working 9 to 5 (and Beyond): Addressing Workplace Claims Against Firms,” will examine the growing number of employment practices and management liability claims brought against law firms, and the emerging challenges firms are facing in these matters.

Kelli Hinson to Speak at 50th ABA National Conference on Professional Liability

Kelli Hinson, Carrington Coleman Partner and General Counsel, will be a featured panelist at the American Bar Association’s 50th National Conference on Professional Responsibility. She will join the panel discussion, “Just When You Thought You Could Get a Good Night’s Sleep: The New Issues Disrupting General Counsel’s Sleep Patterns.”

Hosted annually by the ABA, the National Conference on Professional Responsibility is the premier event for lawyers who represent, prosecute, advise, or educate others on legal ethics, professionalism, and discipline. This unique gathering brings together attorneys, judges, and scholars from across the country to explore and debate the most pressing issues facing the legal profession.

Chris Anaya Featured as Moderator at ABA Forum on Construction Law 2025 Annual Meeting

Carrington Coleman attorney Christopher Anaya is moderating at the American Bar Association Forum on Construction Law 2025 Annual Meeting — “Return of the Contractors: Transforming the Construction Landscape.” Chris will lead the panel “Death by a Thousand Cuts: Contractor and Subcontractor Claims for Professional Negligence,” which explores the contractual and common law foundations for professional negligence claims brought by contractors and subcontractors against design professionals.
