President and Fellows of Harvard College and Students for Fair Admissions, Inc. v. University of North Carolina”. The panel presentation focused on new lawsuits and legislation challenging governmental entities’ Minority/Women Business Enterprises programs with suggestions on how to comply with the law to select a diverse array of skilled contractors.
