Carmen Eiker

Carmen Eiker focuses her practice on all aspects of family law, including divorce, child custody, visitation, and support, as well as complex property division issues, and both premarital and post marital agreements. She is certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in both family law and civil trial law. She is also trained in collaborative family law—a voluntary process under the Texas Family Code, which allows participants to resolve their family matters by agreement outside of litigation.

Clients appreciate Carmen’s willingness to answer questions and provide not only information about what the law is, but also the benefit of her years of experience in the courtroom, and what they can expect a court to factor into its decision. “At this point in my career, there is very little in family law that I haven’t seen before,” she explains. “Because of that, I am able to advise clients not just as to the next step, but what they may not see coming around the corner.”
