Elizabeth C. Davis

I enjoy my practice because it involves just about every aspect of the law. Tax, real estate, wealth-management, adoption, child custody, child support, divorce- complex family law attorneys have to know their stuff. It’s not easy, but it is rewarding: The work we do makes a meaningful difference in the lives of the people we serve.

Elizabeth’s practice focuses on handling high-conflict and complex family law matters, particularly those involving significant financial issues. On a day-to-day basis, she advises clients on premarital and postmarital agreements, guides them through divorce proceedings, and handles post-judgment modifications and enforcement actions, including matters involving civil and criminal contempt. A substantial part of Elizabeth’s work involves litigating complex property disputes. This includes analyzing and dividing high-value marital estates with business interests, trusts, and other intricate financial structures. She regularly works with forensic accountants and valuation experts to assess assets, negotiate buy-outs, and structure ownership transfers or entity wind-ups.
