Tyler C. Wright

I listen closely to those I represent so I can best understand their needs and craft the right solutions for their issues. Although I take a relaxed, low-key approach, I’m very candid and give my clients straightforward advice — even if it’s advice they’d rather not hear.

Helping primarily Texas-based clients, Tyler Wright focuses on private equity and hedge funds, blockchain technology, and securities laws issues in his corporate practice. He also handles mergers and acquisitions, commercial real estate, mechanic’s lien laws, and probate and estate planning matters, among others.

Tyler finds satisfaction in being a knowledgeable and dependable resource for clients who are grappling with legal issues or navigating through fund raising, major transactions, and reorganizations. He finds it particularly gratifying to take on complex or highly challenging problems and find creative and cost-effective strategies that generate optimal outcomes.

Previously, Tyler spent nearly 14 years in technical sales and business management, including opening and operating multiple branch offices for professional services firms. The experience, combined with his educational background in math and economics, help give him a logical approach to problem-solving and in-depth insight into the mindset and priorities of business clients.
