We are seeking a highly motivated Labor & Employment Associate with 2–3 years of experience to join our growing team.  This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with experienced practitioners on sophisticated matters for a diverse client base.

The ideal candidate will have the following experience:

• Advising employers on a broad range of workplace issues and representing clients in employment-related disputes  
• Drafting and reviewing employment agreements, separation agreements, restrictive covenant agreements, employee handbooks, and workplace policies
• Representing employers in administrative proceedings before federal, state, and local agencies
• Assisting with all phases of employment litigation, including pleadings, written discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation

Qualifications:

• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-service orientation
