We are seeking a Construction Associate with 4–5 years of experience in construction litigation (or commercial litigation with a strong interest in the construction industry). This is a great opportunity to work on complex, high-stakes matters in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

• Solid litigation experience, including drafting pleadings, handling discovery, and taking/defending depositions
