Carrington Coleman Associate Shelby Taylor was selected into Dallas Regional Chamber’s (DRC) 2024 Leadership Development “LEAD YP” program. LEAD YP is a six-month leadership development program limited to 50 participants and designed to help young professionals – through coaching and feedback – gain a better understanding of their personal leadership style, learn how to lead through change and discover their personal branding style.
