Carrington Coleman Partner Kelli Hinson and Paul Koning will be discussing the 2024 amendments to the Texas Disciplinary Rules that will become effective on October 1, 2024 to the members of the Dallas Bar Association Business Litigation Section, today at Noon. The discussion will highlight the Texas Supreme Court’s amendments to the rules for conflicts of interest, prohibited transactions, and the remote practice of law. Attendees will receive 1.00 hour of ethics credit.
