Rae Guyse

I am passionate about coming up with creative solutions to maximize insurance recovery, especially for businesses in emerging sectors like cannabis and hemp with new and unique risk management challenges. As a litigator, I enter all disputes with kindness, respect, and compassion for all parties, making me effective in finding solutions that are beneficial to everyone involved.

Rae Guyse is an associate in the Litigation Practice Group of Carrington, Coleman, Sloman & Blumenthal, L.L.P.

Her practice focuses on representing policyholders in insurance coverage disputes and consultation matters to maximize recovery in claims against insurers, and analyzing insurance programs and individual policies to identify holes or overlaps in coverage. While she has experience across a wide variety of insurance policies and industries, she has a particular interest in supporting emerging sectors like the growing hemp and cannabis industry in Texas with their risk management challenges. She also has experience representing clients’ interests in complex commercial litigation.
