Clients know they can rely on me to dig into the heart of matters large and small and make sure that nothing falls through the cracks. It’s a pleasure to help solve their problems, and I work with speed and accuracy to procure great outcomes for them.

In his broad transactional practice, Michael Lin counsels clients in a range of areas, including real estate and oil and gas transactions, corporate transactions, financing, and loans, as well as real estate construction matters. He brings excellent legal instincts and great attention to detail to everything he does.

With a current focus on real estate matters, Michael does a great deal of real estate financing work. He represents buyers and sellers in acquisitions and dispositions and advises developers on various projects.
