My naturally collaborative personality lends itself to dealmaking. I like my clients very much personally, and I find it highly gratifying to help them achieve their business goals through successful transactions. I welcome and even thrive under these processes, the fast pace, and pressure.
Focusing on real estate and business matters and transactions, Marc Myrin counsels clients in the acquisition and disposition of income-producing real property and raw land. Although his client base is generally headquartered in Texas, most of the organizations he represents have offices in multiple jurisdictions and buy, sell, lease, and operate businesses nationwide. Marc is an excellent problem solver, who brings an adaptive approach to issues and forms flexible, efficient strategies to help get the job done.
Marc handles lease negotiations and documentation, including retail, office, ground leases, and sale-leaseback transactions, and has experience in asset and stock purchase agreements and sales, mergers, and financing arrangements. He also negotiates and drafts commercial construction contracts and represents Texas-based and national restaurant owners and operators in connection with the acquisition, sale, and leasing of their real estate and liquor licensing matters in the state.
In addition, Marc represents both franchisors and franchisees in connection with the negotiation and drafting of franchise agreements, area development agreements, and other documents relevant to the establishment, purchase, sale, and registration of franchised businesses. Franchise clients span the food and beverage, fitness center, convenience store, gasoline station, and car wash industries.
With a passionate commitment to serving clients, Marc provides the type of experience, expertise, and enthusiasm that protects their interests, closes their deals, and enables their businesses to grow and prosper.
