Lauren Sawyer is an associate at Carrington, Coleman, Sloman & Blumenthal, L.L.P. in our Transactional department. Lauren started her career in Oklahoma, where she served a variety of clients including several prominent private and public companies, the State of Oklahoma, nonprofit corporations, and banking institutions. Lauren’s practice encompasses a broad range of corporate and real estate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, business entity formation and organization, business and transaction financing, contract review, and real estate sales, development, financing, and leasing.

As part of her broad-based real estate practice, Lauren represents clients in sales and acquisitions of unimproved and improved real property (including documentation of purchase and sale agreements, title and survey diligence, and land use issues). Her real estate practice also includes the representation of landlords and tenants in all aspects of commercial leasing transactions, including ground leases, single-occupant leases, and multi-tenant office, retail, or shopping center leases.
