Joe Shamp is an attorney in Carrington Coleman’s transactional department, having extensive hands-on experience in high-value and sophisticated transactions ranging from seven to eight figures. He is particularly adept at Corporate Transparency Act compliance, having counseled numerous clients, including those with complex corporate structures, on adherence and strategic measures. Joe drafts and negotiates transaction documents and contracts, advises clients on intricate transaction matters, and prepares corporate documents such as company agreements, shareholders’ agreements, and limited partnership agreements. Outside of work, Joe enjoys collecting lots of books and reading some of them, critiquing movies with friends, weightlifting, and hanging out with his dog Penny. Since living in Ukraine and Kazakhstan for several months in 2019, he has a passion for international travel and is always looking forward to his next trip.
