  • Represented a multinational restaurant chain in connection with settlement negotiations between its insurers and personal injury plaintiffs.
  • Advised homeowners association in multimillion dollar construction defect claim and provided guidance regarding triggering coverage under wrap-up insurance program.
  • Performed numerous reviews of insurance and indemnity provisions in contracts between owners, general contractors, and subcontractors, and reviewed lower tier subcontractors’ insurance policies for compliance with same to effectively manage risk.
  • Advocated on behalf of developers and contractors seeking additional insured coverage under lower tier subcontractors’ insurance programs.
