As everyone knows, the spread of coronavirus has created challenges for all businesses, and it is our goal to promote an environment that respects the health and safety of everyone.

While we pride ourselves on our availability for our clients and guests, we ask that no visitors stop in without an appointment in order to minimize the risk of any virus spread. We also ask that you not come into the office if you are experiencing any viral symptoms, recently traveled to an area where coronavirus is present, recently returned from abroad, or if you have been advised to quarantine or isolate.

In order to maintain a healthy environment, here are some of the protocols we have established.

For visitors to the office we ask:

• You answer questions posted in the elevator lobby upon arrival.
• Utilize hand sanitizers located at our Reception area.
• Undergo a non-contact temperature check.
• Wear face coverings over nose and mouth while in our lobby, restrooms, common area, or if you are unable to maintain at least six feet of distance.

For our employees, our protocols include these:

• Daily self-assessment of COVID-19 symptoms prior to coming to the office.
• Sanitization before and after all meetings in the conference rooms.
• Wear face coverings when moving throughout the office.
• Minimizing in-person meetings.
• Utilize hand sanitizers and disinfectant wipes located throughout the office.
• Encouraging those in the high-risk category to work from home.
