Please see below for options on how to submit payment:

  • To pay an invoice or retainer, navigate to the buttons below to go to our vendor’s secure credit card payment site, where you may pay your Carrington Coleman invoice or pay/add to a retainer amount.
  • Use the “Update Information” button below to provide new or changed address and/or other contact information to Carrington Coleman.

Effective April 1, 2025, there will be a 3% credit card surcharge on credit card payments and a 1% surcharge on eCheck payments, with a few exceptions:

  • Debit cards will not be charged a surcharge.
  • Automatic payments set up on payment plans, with predefined charge amounts, will not be charged a surcharge.
  • Third party payment systems that send us a credit card number and an approval for a specific charge amount will not be charged the surcharge.
  • Trust/Retainer payments will not be charged a surcharge.
  • For the eCheck option, it may take up to five days for us to receive the payment in our bank account; credit card payments take two days.
  • There is a payment cap of $25,000 per transaction.
