At Carrington Coleman, the Summer Associate Program is more than an internship. It’s an immersive experience designed to introduce future attorneys to meaningful work, strong mentorship, and the collaborative culture that defines our practice.

Our 9 week program is directed to second-year law students and offers hands-on exposure to a range of practice areas. From day one, you’ll work directly with attorneys who are leaders in their fields and take on substantive assignments that mirror the responsibilities of a full-time associate, giving you a clear view of what it means to build a career here.

Additionally, social events, group lunches, and informal gatherings throughout the summer will allow you to connect with attorneys and staff on a personal level and see for yourself what sets us apart.
