John Stevenson is a Dallas native and an experienced transactional attorney.  As a member of Carrington Coleman’s Real Estate and Business Practice Groups, John represents clients, both locally and nationally, in various real estate transactions, with an emphasis on commercial real estate development, leasing, acquisition, disposition and investment projects.

As part of his practice, John also represents banks and borrowers in lending and credit transactions and has extensive experience advising clients in general business and corporate matters, including entity and investment partnership formations, contract drafting and negotiation, and business acquisitions.

Prior to joining Carrington Coleman, John practiced at a boutique corporate law firm in North Dallas.
