Tania Sethi is an associate at Carrington Coleman in the litigation practice group. Tania’s practice focuses on a wide range of technical commercial disputes, including multi-faceted contract disputes, complex construction and surety claims, and large tort claims (FELA) and employment discrimination and termination claims (FRSA) against class one and class four railroad companies.

Tania has extensive practice advocating for and defending her clients before judges and juries in state courts, federal courts, and bankruptcy courts across the county, including Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Michigan, and Missouri. Along with her practice inside the courtroom, Tania zealously represents her clients before administrative law judges, arbitration panels, and mediators. Tania has also successfully resolved cases in favor of her clients at summary judgment and through favorable settlement short of trial.

Outside of the office, Tania serves as a board member and chief operating officer of The Sigma Sigma Rho Foundation, Inc., a non-profit organization that empowers young leaders by investing in their community initiatives, including domestic violence awareness and prevention, and professional development. She spearheaded the corporate base, drafted the bylaws, and secured 501(c)(3) status for the Foundation. She currently manages the Foundation’s major campaigns, programming, and marketing. Tania also enjoys traveling, cooking, reading, and spending time with her dogs—Scooby, Cosmo, and Luna.
