Kylie Jennings is an associate at Carrington Coleman in the Corporate group. Her practice focuses on corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions, and tax structuring.

Kylie graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a B.A. in Government, and cum laude from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law. While in law school, she gained experience in in-house legal departments in a wide variety of industries, including oil and gas, auto finance, and retail, which has helped her adopt a more business-minded perspective to better serve clients.
