Cindy Kirk supervises the Firm's Paralegal Program which includes the hiring and training of Paralegals, budgeting, review of litigation support software, and input into associate training regarding e-discovery issues.  Ms. Kirk also assists in training on the firm’s litigation support software and co-authored the firm’s e-discovery handbook. 

In addition to managing the firm’s paralegals, Ms. Kirk is a Senior Paralegal with over 27 years of experience in litigation matters ranging from securities, general litigation, intellectual property and multi-district litigation matters.   Ms. Kirk has extensive trial and large complex litigation experience.   Ms. Kirk was the firm’s lead paralegal on the Enron matter in the firm’s representation of Ken Lay and uses her extensive experience in managing complex litigation experience to help the firm’s litigators efficiently provide our clients with the highest quality of work possible.  

Ms. Kirk received her B.S. in History from Oklahoma State University in 1982, her M.B.A. from the University of Oklahoma in 1985, and her Paralegal Certification in 1986, also from the University of Oklahoma.  She is a member of the International Paralegal Managers Associations and member of the Dallas Area Paralegal Association (“DAPA”).  She is also a former board member of DAPA.
