Ronnie Bradshaw joined Carrington Coleman in 2005 and is currently supervising the Firm’s Paralegal Program, which includes the hiring and training of paralegals. Mr. Bradshaw currently works in the areas of corporate law, including company formations, mergers and acquisitions, securities and general litigation, real estate litigation and transactional matters, Oil & Gas matters, probate and bankruptcy.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Bradshaw had 20 years of experience in the areas of corporate mergers & acquisitions, defense of Savings and Loan Officers and Directors, Corporate defense of major corporations, insurance defense, banking, real estate, general and class action multi-district litigation, Med-mal, maritime and bankruptcy.
Mr. Bradshaw earned his B.S. in Business Administration and Paralegal Certificate from the University of New Orleans in New Orleans, Louisiana. Mr. Bradshaw is a member of the Dallas Area Paralegal Association. Prior to working at Carrington Coleman, Mr. Bradshaw held his Notary Public in the State of Louisiana from 1999 to 2008.
