Nancy Duessel focuses her practice on business transactions and corporate matters. She advises companies and executives in all types of transactional and corporate matters, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, finance and lending, private placements, and complex contracting.  She has advised both publicly traded and privately held companies on transactions in a broad variety of industries, including real estate, food and beverage, energy and project development, manufacturing, technology, financial services, and consumer packaged goods.  Nancy’s experience as in-house counsel provides her with a practical and business focused view point to assess risk and provide solutions.
