Ms. Glaze is an associate at Carrington Coleman. Her primary practice consists of real estate, lending, oil & gas, construction and other business transactions. She also handles business litigation matters involving a wide variety of claims, including breach of contract, fraud, negligent misrepresentation, unfair competition, tortious interference and breach of fiduciary duty.

Ms. Glaze has been named by Texas Monthly magazine as a Rising Star in Texas law for 2010.

Representative Matters

Represented owner in negotiation of complex construction contracts for development of multi-unit retirement community.

Represented property owner in negotiations with contractors to remove mechanic's liens and successfully complete construction project.

Represented lender in multiple-advance loan transaction involving revenue sharing and multi-property security.

Represented buyer of property for development of hotel, and secured a necessary release of easement before closing.

Represented individual and trust in acquisition and protection of oil and gas leasehold interests throughout Texas.

Represented contractor in dispute with property owner, filed mechanic’s lien, and achieved full payment of past-due amount.

Represented developer in dispute with purchaser under contract for deed involving violations of restrictive covenants; secured eviction of purchaser to allow enforcement of restrictive covenants.

Represented restaurant in dispute with supplier post-closing of the restaurant, and achieved favorable settlement within two months of the filing of the lawsuit.
