Representative Matters
Business
Represented leading credit card processing company in dispute brought by merchant regarding fraudulent purchases made against a government employees’ pension fund account. Successfully settled.
Lead counsel in defending international e-commerce business operating in 190 markets. Successfully defended lawsuits, obtaining dismissals after oral argument in three cases.
Construction
Lead counsel in representing individual against major home improvement retailer for construction defects to residence. Negotiated successful settlement.
Represented one of the world's largest industrial concerns in numerous cases in both state and federal court as well as ADR proceedings. Projects at issue included airports, power plants, water treatment plants, municipal buildings, HVAC systems, hospitals, and transportation systems.
Appellate
Drafted appellate brief seeking reversal of district court's judgment on behalf of medical equipment supplier. Dallas Court of Appeals reversed and remanded.
