Justin Almand practices primarily in the area of business litigation and has experience representing clients in industries including health care, legal, real estate, construction, manufacturing, technology, and transportation.

Before joining Carrington Coleman, Justin worked in-house at a Fortune 500 airline where he advised company leaders on operational and litigation issues, including federal regulation of electronic communications and standard of care and best practices. While in-house, Justin also managed third-party subpoena responses; researched, analyzed, and responded to demand letters; and assisted with litigation case management support across the nation. He also participated as both client and counsel in the mediation of an employment lawsuit and as client in the trial of an employment lawsuit before a state civil rights commission.
